The return of an item is even easier!
Maestri Pellettieri is pleased to give full satisfaction to its customers by accepting items return within 14 days from the date of delivery!
We highly recommend our customers not to remove this tag in case of return.
It is very important, however, that all items are intact and accompanied by the original warranty tag. Without this condition it will not be possible to exercise the right to return.
The refund will be issued within 10 days upon receiving the returned product.
Are excluded from returns:
- customized products or resized products
- products purchased for professional and/or commercial use
