Sales terms and conditions

 

PREMISES

 

The present General Sales Conditions regulate the purchase of goods and services, made available through the internet by the website www.maestripellettieri.it under the distance selling regulations.

 

PRICES

 

Prices are displayed in EUR and are inclusive of VAT for all EU member States only.

 

ORDERS

 

All payment transactions are in EUR and are inclusive of VAT for all EU member States. No extra payment will be required upon delivery.

Local taxes and import duties may be required upon delivery for those orders destined outside the European Union.

 

Please check that all details and shipping/invoicing addresses are correct before submitting the order. In case there are errors please let us know as soon as possible at [email protected]

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

 

The fulfillment of an order depends on the availability of the product/s ordered.

 

In case the payment is made through bank transfer the order will be dispatched as soon as the amount will be credited.

 

Delivery times depend exclusively on the kind of shipment selected by the customer, on the transit times provided by the shippers and on eventual clearance delays.

 

YOUR RIGHT TO RETURN AN ORDER

 

Maestri Pellettieri guarantees a full refund with the exception of import duties and local taxes.

You can return a product to Maestri Pellettieri within 14 days of receiving your order.

The refund will be issued within 10 days upon receiving the returned product.

 

You cannot return:

 

- personalized products or resized products

- products purchased for professional and/or commercial use

 

Products returned without warranty seal, used or incomplete will not be refunded.

Products that have already been used and/or damaged, even if caused by inadequate packaging and/or transport, shall not be deemed properly returned.

All original accessories, included free gifts, must be returned with the product.

As soon as you ship the parcel please let us know and provide the tracking number. Please remember to use a trackable shipping method.

 

The return may provide a product exchange, store credit or refund.

 

Customers who have an account should open an RMA procedure from the dedicated area in their personal page, eventually also sending via email at [email protected]. Customers who have renounced to create an account should give written notice of their wish to cancel the purchase through registered mail at Maestri Pellettieri s.r.l. - Viale Europa, 33/BIS - 80059 Torre del Greco (NA) Italy and eventually also via email at [email protected]

 

The return shall be paid by the customer who is fully responsible.

 

WARRANTY AND CONFORMITY

 

If the parcel is damaged upon delivery the customer should contact Maestri Pellettieri within 48 hours of the delivery.

 

All Maestri Pellettieri products are covered by a 24 months warranty starting the day of the delivery as stated in the Guarantee Certificate provided with each product. In case there are any problems the customer should contact Maestri Pellettieri and provide pictures of the problem to: [email protected]

 

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, accident, abuse, or the normal breakdown of colors and materials, mistreatments, solvents, prolonged exposure to high temperatures, high humidity or low temperatures, or damage caused by the carrier. Luggage damage incurred during airline handling is not covered by this warranty, and claims in such cases should be made directly with the airline.

 

Maestri Pellettieri reserves the right to charge the customer any costs incurred for product verification and shipment of the same if it is undamaged and functioning, that is, it is missing the alleged lack of conformity.

 

The customer should check that the products received correspond to those ordered. If the products delivered have defects the customer should notify Maestri Pellettieri within 48 hours upon delivery providing pictures of the defect to [email protected]

 

Images and colors of the products displayed on the site may not fully correspond to real colors due to the kind of browser or computer monitor used. The company reserves itself the right to make technical improvements and / or aesthetic changes to the model without changing the overall appearance or use.

 

GOVERNING LAW

 

The execution of the purchase contract between the customer and Maestri Pellettieri takes place in Italy and is regulated by the relevant Italian Law and the European Distance Selling Regulations. The Court of Torre Annunziata will have jurisdiction in case any controversy arises.
